I was just reading an article in the Sacramento Business Journal that announced news of a massive health club that is about to be built in Roseville, Ca. The national chain of gyms named Life Time Fitness plans to build a 120,000 sq ft club at East Roseville Parkway and Secret Ravine Parkway.
The chain has a reputation for the largest average size clubs in the country and the planned club in Roseville will be the biggest in Sacramento Region.
This will undoubtedly bode well for real estate investors in Roseville area. Whether they are first time home buyers or move up buyers in Roseville, Ca, it looks as though real estate development and the real estate market is on the way up again!
The article also mentioned Fedex’s plan to build a huge distribution complex in Roseville. The complex would be 200,000 sq ft!
Apparently, there are still some approvals that they will need before breaking ground but for the time being, they plan to open in 2014. According to the article in the SBJ, the company’s proposal requires the blessing of the Roseville Design Committee, Planning Commission and City Council.
More jobs and in all likelihood, higher real estate values for the lucky folks in Roseville.
