A bit about us…
In the past, we have grown our business only on referrals from other clients. This worked well and it seemed like we were always starting off on the right foot with a little bit in common with each client.
As time went on, we declined over and over again to pursue business on the internet. Not because we didn’t know how, but rather because we enjoyed the quality of the client relationship with each client having known about what they could expect from us.
And then….Yelp.com came along and the process of using another person’s experience as a guide for whom to choose for a mortgage (or a plate of pasta) remains unchanged except for the fact that the conversation happens online. Brilliant!
We couldn’t be happier to be meeting and serving clients that we are introduced to through Yelp.com and it seems to us that they are happy as well. As it stands now, most of the people who contact us after finding us on Yelp.com end up choosing us as their lender and again, we couldn’t be more pleased.
